We take incoming calls, schedule work to be done, answer basic customer service questions, dispatch work to the scheduled technicians, & follow through to make sure all jobs are completed. We work with multiple businesses all at the same time, this will require learning the client's information and becoming familiar with their client base, client's staff, and keeping track of variations in the services offered.

We are looking for a full-time Noc shift coverage Sunday-Friday 10pm- 6am pst . This position is 100% work from home. Your home must have strong internet coverage to run the provided VOIP phones without interference. You must have a quiet & professional work area that presents as a traditional office environment while you are on any calls.
