- Maintain point-of-sale and pharmacy technology systems
- Ensure all servers, printers, and computers are operational and secure
- Maintain and monitor security system servers and cameras
- Assist staff with operation of phone systems, photo printers, and other technology related systems used for store operations
- Knowledge of Windows OS/Windows Servers
- Keep network and internet operational throughout store
- General troubleshooting of computers and related systems
- Manage special orders and online orders placed on www.acehardware.com
- Possess strong product knowledge and knowledge of store layout and location of products
- Assist customers with great customer service
Store Operations
- Assist in creating a positive, professional and safe work environment
- Provide assistance to staff for technology related matters
- Communicate any merchandising, cost control or sales ideas to General Manager
- Participate in store planning meetings
- Be professional in appearance and actions
- Keep managers informed of all technology impacts to operations
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
