- Provide telephone response and clinical assessment to support Resident Assistants in Assisted Living settings.
- Delegate tasks and provide direction to Home Health Aids based on clinical assessments.
- Ensure high-quality care is delivered to residents through effective communication and support.
- Maintain knowledge of regulatory and clinical practices relevant to Assisted Living nursing.
Requirements
- Current RN license in MN, WI, or IA, or willingness to obtain licensure in these states.
- Interest in gerontological nursing and rehabilitative/restorative clinical practices.
- Experience in Assisted Living nursing and/or phone triage is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
