- Kitchen Leadership: Lead and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative environment and maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory management, procurement, and ensuring profitability through cost control.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold and exceed food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring all dishes meet the restaurant’s quality expectations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with management on seasonal specials and menu innovation, aligning culinary offerings with the restaurant’s vision.
