What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Elevate and scale UpGuard's customer success strategy and methodology
- Develop a comprehensive customer-focused strategy aligned with company objectives
- Own and drive the entire customer lifecycle journey, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with various departments to align customer needs with business objectives
- Build and scale a high-performing customer success team through recruitment and development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience leading Customer Success teams in a senior management role
- 10+ years of experience in Customer Success or a customer leadership role within a B2B SaaS organization
- Proven track record of leading teams to achieve key performance metrics
- Strong analytical skills with confidence in making data-driven decisions
- Experience in building and scaling digital programs and customer education initiatives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience helping build a new market category with revenue streams of a growth-stage business from $75M to $250M ARR and beyond
- Technical background with experience in cybersecurity, risk, compliance, or information technology
- Success in growing and scaling international teams while navigating diverse cultural and market dynamics
- Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels seamlessly
- Demonstrated commercial expertise with a history of exceeding revenue targets
