  • Designs, develops, maintains, and administers websites and SharePoint sites for CMI Services. Follows SMARTS-based DevSecOps software development processes, procedures, and best practices. Manages existing CHD websites on all security domains (e.g., TS, Secret, Unclassified) for each CMI and CSP.
  • Provides and supports cloud-related content for NCC-PO maintained SharePoint sites. Collaborates with CMI Services and CSP SMEs. Gathers and manages content requirements in Jira TTS, implements updates, and follows best practices. Considered an entry-level developer with a basic understanding and expertise in application development.
  • Works under general direction, develops basic technical solutions for a range of difficult problems. Independently determines and develops approach to solutions.
  • Offers basic innovation and CSI process improvement and efficiency ideas.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • DoD 8570 IAT II (or better) Certification (i.e. CompTIA Security+)
  • 5+ years of experience designing and administering enterprise SharePoint environments
  • Implement best practices in planning, design, setup and installation of SharePoint environments.
  • Administer existing IIS websites; maintain SharePoint databases, backups, restores and disaster recovery plan.
  • Involve in developing centralize intranet website for business users and used CSS, XML and HTML.
  • Used HTML and CSS to customize sites base on customer requirements.
  • Eight (8) years of overall relevant work experience
  • Must have active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Powershell and/or other scripting language
  • Familiarity with Remedy ticketing system
  • Familiarity with Office365 applications/tools
  • Web application development using C# and ASP.NET
  • Experience developing Web parts and related coding techniques and best practices and feature deployment

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $130355 - $221603

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
