- Lead member outreach initiatives to optimize clinical quality and close healthcare gaps
- Collaborate with our Analytics team to identify opportunities for improvement in patient care
- Create engaging member communications and track program success
- Interact directly with Medicare members and healthcare providers
- Develop and maintain performance metrics for quality improvement programs
- Drive medication adherence initiatives through data-driven strategies

Qualifications
- Must hold an active Pharmacy Technician License in your residential state.
- 2+ years of Medicare Part D experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort with technology and data analysis
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Preferred Qualifications
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification
- Experience with Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)
- Healthcare analytics background
- Previous remote work experience
