Support Trade team in maintaining the integrity of three different systems (two SAP UI types and custom web app)
Execute end-to-end quality control based on the guidelines and timelines established by Microsoft, which includes following up with task owners, monitoring SLAs , ageing, and flagging with trade team members
Assist in adhoc reporting and data analysis
Manage/groom Trade screening and Trade Program risks
Support trade managers in rhythm of business, documentation, Business reviews, and creating artifacts such as decks, spreadsheets, reports, etc.
Support SOX Controls, operational controls, and audit activities
Work with cross-team partners in Trade projects
Support trade partners in process oversight and tool enhancement activities
